Available Positions

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. 

    Office Manager Responsibilities: 

    • Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, sorting mail, and filing documents 

    • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings 

    • Assist in preparing documentation 

    • Provide excellent customer service 

    • Handle inquiries and requests from Executives, staff and clients 

    • Utilize phone systems to direct calls appropriately 

    • Lite Bookkeeping duties  

    • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary 

    Office Manager Requirements: 

    • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role 

    • Familiarity with receptionist duties is a plus 

    • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively 

    • Excellent customer support and interpersonal skills 

    • Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling 

    • Knowledge of clerical procedures such as typing and filing 

    • Bookkeeping experience 

    • Detail-oriented professional 

    • Business background preferred

    Pay: starting at $45,000 (based on experience)    

    Expected hours: 40 per week

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

    ● Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

    ● Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth project progression.

    ● Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

    ● Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality control procedures throughout the construction process.

    ● Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.

    ● Prepare and present regular project status reports to clients and upper management.

    ● Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear documentation of project activities, changes, and decisions.

    ● Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring swift resolution.

    ● Ensure that all project milestones are met and that the final deliverables meet client expectations and industry standards.

    ● Continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall project outcomes.

     

    Qualifications:

     

    ● Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.

    ● Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and industry best practices.

    ● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

    ● Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

    ● Proficiency in project management software and tools.

    ● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

    ● Familiarity with construction safety regulations and quality control procedures.

    ● A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
