Kenyatta (Ken) Gibbs brings over two decades of expertise in managing real estate and construction companies. In October 2014, he founded MIKK-DLP Construction Corp., where he has successfully overseen the bidding, management, and completion of more than 100 construction projects for both private investors and government entities over the past ten years.

In addition to establishing MIKK-DLP Construction Corp., Ken has initiated a construction training program aimed at empowering local residents in the Chicago area, particularly those from high-risk communities. He holds an Associate's Degree in Business Management from the College of DuPage.
